I do not recommend this place. I made it VERY clear that I did not want thin eyebrows, the lady that did then went soooo thin with my brows- then argued with me that they were not thin!!!Service: Eyebrow threading

Got my eyebrows threaded and then decided to get them tinted for my trip to Vegas the next day. Left in TEARS because i had 2 completely different eyebrow shapes and were completely outside my natural eyebrows. I’ll never go here again or recommend this place to anyone. Inexpensive and fast. One thing I struggle with when getting my brows cleaned up is that the people who do them ALWAYS thin them out or try to arch them more. Even after my very clear instructions to only clean them up. I like my natural shape and this lady heard me. Thank you.

To be fair, I have to start with two points:1. The young lady who took care of me was very new by her own admission (further into the visit than did me much good) and she really did try very hard to do a good job.2. She took me as a walk-in, which is not always an option in the brow salons at home in DFW.That being said, I was in Amarillo unexpectedly for a death in the family, so my schedule was thrown off and I had not been able to see my usual brow technician prior to the trip. We had finally gotten my brows shapes and perfected, so we really have only been maintaining (cleaning up the occasional straggler), NOT thinning or reshaping. My visit to Brow Art 123 was mainly for a cleanup facial threading, not actual brow design. I thought I'd made it pretty clear that ALL I wanted was the full face cleanup WITHOUT brows. However, a few minutes into the threading, I felt the thread zip across a section clearly within one of my eyebrows. Not on the edge. Not under. Not over. WITHIN the body if the eyebrow. As in there was then a new GAP off-center of the width.She obviously heard the sharp intake of my breath because I KNEW there was an unwanted change. She tried to fix it quickly, but... there's not a lot that can be done when the gap is that far in from the end. She handed me the mirror so I could see the damage. All that could be done was nothing more.I knew she felt bad, and I felt sorry for her because she had been left in the salon on her own so soon as a new technician. The fact is the salon managers should know better than to put someone that new on their own.I won't say to never go to this location, but I will absolutely NEVER go anywhere but to MY technician at EyeCandy Brow Salon in Carrollton.

In the past I would have given this place 5 stars, but now if I could give this place zero stars I would. I’ve been going here for years now, but these past couple of times that I’ve gone have been horrible. They completely changed the shape of my eyebrows, made one eyebrow extremely thin compared to the other, and one lady is always so rough on my skin that she’s made my eyebrows bleed a little a couple of times. It took me months to grow out my eyebrows, so I just wanted them cleaned up, and she completely ruined my eyebrows and was rude. I knew I shouldn’t have given this place another chance. I’m never coming here again.
