Had a very pleasant shopping experience at Brown Honda. Once we agreed on a deal, I was in and out faster than I have ever been when buying a vehicle. I had the best car-buying experience at Brown Buick GMC in Amarillo! From the moment I walked in, Thai took amazing care of me. He wasn’t pushy at all just super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the exact vehicle I wanted. He answered every question, explained all the features like a pro, and made the whole process quick and stress-free.
What really stood out is how much he cared even after the sale. He checked in to make sure everything was perfect and helped me set up all the tech in the car. You don’t see that kind of customer service anymore!

I purchased two vehicles from this place. And I will not be coming back to the Brown family. The customer service and quality of repair is lacking. We brought my GMC Acadia in to have a timing case gasket seal repaired that began leaking. A known failure in this model year. A couple months after that repair I was experiencing issues with my struts coming loose. Came to find out that they were never torqued down from my original repair. Then my timing case started leaking again. Brown offered to fix it under warranty. They had my car for another 3 weeks. When I drove it home, the A/C wasn't working and one of my vents for the A/C had been snapped out of place.I was asked to bring it back. They kept the vehicle for another day. I was told that the tech didn't charge the system. An was refilled. I drove the vehicle home only to experience no A/C. My vent was still out of place. I called and was told to bring it back next month because they were to busy to fix it. They would also require a week to repair. Now my AC is intermittent. Sometimes it's cold. Sometimes it's hot. I'm asked to bring my vehicle back and then I'm told that they're really busy and I'd have to leave it there for another week. I requested the service manager to call and left two voicemails. I also recently learned that my Honda Accord, Brown did an oil change on the mechanic didn't fully put the plug in. So there's oil all under the underside of my car. I'm just done.
