Rooms were filthy. There was stained furniture in the room. The bathroom ceiling tiles were falling in. The staff was rude. Got angry that there was a mistake on our reservation, and eventually, they fixed it. Was not family friendly will never stay there again or even recommend any one stay there.

Absolutely piss poor establishment. Disgusting room and bathroom. Place stunk and bedsheets had stains. Room had not been cleaned and was infected with insects, which were crawling all over.
Accidentally reserved a “smoking” room, front desk refused to change rooms even after we were willing to pay more.
Wouldn’t stay there even if god came down to earth!

Looks a little sketchy on the outside and the surroundings, but I loved the castle theming! Makes it so unique compared to other hotels. Front desk staff was so kind and helpful, and though the interior is a bit dated, the rooms were clean, spacious, and functional. Definitely worth the stay if you’re passing through and need somewhere cheap.

Walls and doors were icky, several places looked incomplete and like it was being remodeled or something. The smoke alarm was inactive.The beds were great, though: comfy, clean, and we were able to stretch out for a bit of shuteye before getting back on the road.

I tried to modify the lead guest staying here. I had a web site glitch. I was booking this for a family member. I was rushing and it pre filled my name as the main guest. Both the website Agoda, and this hotel just blame shifted. This really sucks because the price was good but not worth the hassle. And the hotel doesn’t seem to care about anything. They just kept referring me back to agoda and they had the same answer. Which was all changes can only be accepted or done by the hotel. Camelot you suck!!! I ended up booking with someone else and will dispute the charge. I was not changing the dates or credit card just the persons name checking in. I’m going to share this review on, trip advisor and as many wed sites I can get to.

Awful. The smell was horrible, the furniture old and dirty. I couldn't choose another position because it was a Route 66 package with a travel company, to which I will send my complaints.

My friend stayed here and it was to much he did a weekly thing to pricey rooms where not good and his girlfriend got locked out an they wouldn't give her another key until he got back don't stay here.

Customer service isn’t friendly. Had to change my dates website. Them explaining to me why they couldn’t give me a room after I had paid room a week before I reserved was rude. I visit Amarillo often but would recommend or go there ever again.They had available rooms but still didn’t help me.
