“The moonroof on my Expedition shattered, and I took it to Gerber on a Wednesday. I spoke with Angelicia, who was incredibly helpful—she said she’d order the replacement glass right away and hoped it would arrive by Tuesday. To my surprise, I got a call that Friday saying the repair was already complete and the vehicle was ready for pickup!
We had a family trip to the coast planned the following week, so having it fixed quickly was really important. Gerber allowed for immediate drop-off and completed the repair in just two days! On top of that, they washed and completely detailed my car—it looked better than when I dropped it off!

“Overall I feel like my car was fixed well. It seemed to be a drawn out process to get to that point. I booked my drop off date 3 weeks in advance, so I expected my car to be seen relatively quickly after I dropped it off. I called a week after I had dropped off and they hadn’t even looked at my car. They knew I was paying out of pocket for a rental, so this was disappointing. I mentioned twice that I would also like to have a chip in my windshield repaired while it was there, and that was forgotten. The only thing my car needed was a new bumper and alignment, it took exactly 3 weeks (after waiting 3 weeks to be scheduled for a drop off date). I do like how they work closely with enterprise and make that part easy! The employees were kind, I just had higher expectations on service and timing.Service: Painting”
