Submit an online application early this morning and still have not heard from anyone from this location. Customer service just gone down hill from Amarillo car dealerships. By the way if you haven't ran my application that I submitted at 6AM then be advised that you no longer have my consent because of your competent of work which in my eyes LAZINESS!

I've been looking everywhere for a reliable vehicle for my daughter to drive back and forth to college. I called the car lot for information on a car we really like. He was so nice to me. Listened to me ramble on about what I'm looking for lol. Explained every detail, including monthly payments. Unfortunately I did not get the car. I don't have enough for the down payment at the moment, but I'm definitely hoping to do business here in the future.
I decided to write a review because after calling and going to a few places looking around (I live an hour away), it was so nice to speak to a positive, caring and honest salesman.

I went to multiple car lots, telling me a price and monthly payments, but once math was done the price doubled ! Shawn was straight forward and got me in a really nice vehicle for a great price !! Would highly recommend doing business at The Car Lot

Transmission went out in our vehicle purchased from here. Shawn told us he would waive the remaining balance we owed so we could get it fixed. He later decides to tow it and refuses to let us get our personal belongings. Not to mention he released our financial information to a reference on our application. Consulting with an attorney friend as we speak since everything was done through text.

Shawn is an amazing person. I bought a vehicle from him Saturday mind you I am a mail carrier and that's primarily what my vehicle is used for and my car messed up today on me and I called him and he told.me bring it in and I'll have it looked at and see what we can't figure out. Also I bought this car as is so he doesn't have to do this. Thanks Shawn. I will be referring others to you when they are looking for a vehicle you rock. Plus his prices are very reasonable.

Shawn is an amazing person. my car messed up yesterday we took it to him and he got it fixed immediately, he called me today to let me know the car was fixed. Due to a procedure I was unable to go pick up my car because I am not allowed to drive and he surprised me and brought my car to me. You can't go wrong with this guy.He goes above and beyond. Thanks so much Shawn, I wanted to give you a big hug when you brought me my car. You Rock.
