“The staff are amazing!!!! I've worked in the rental car industry and have rented cars for years, and they are the best I've ever been able to work with. I will only rent from these two ladies at Avis. I used to be a diehard Hertz renter. I had a time that Hettz was out of vehicles, and I went to use Avis. From the first time I met these girls, I have never wanted to rent anywhere else again. They have the best hearts and customer service that I thought were gone and lost to time. If you need to rent a vehicle, then you need to go see the ladies at Avis in Amarillo. They will treat you like family, the manager Sherry is the best in the business, because of her heart for people. So stop reading this and go talk to the ladies and rent you a car ASAP.”

“Have rented from Van Country a couple times. We have a large family and sometimes need extra space for longer trips. Both have been perfect experiences — easy to work with, fair pricing. “We broke down on a Friday afternoon at 4:00. Michael came to us, 5 miles away, and fixed our vav. Hand control issues, which we were not using at the time. We drove back to his shop and our van ran fine!!

“As AVIS preferred customer past 9 years, I appreciated to Mr. Joe and his front desk officer who helped during the an emergency situation for us on the way near Avis, Amarillo Airport.
We took 2 Passenger Van's from Houston and started 10 days vacation to Colorado along with 4 families and kids. One of the Van started vobbling and bi safety to drive limited 45mph. We called Nearby and reached Avis Amarillo Airport office. The front desk officer listened our problem. However, they don't deal with the passenger Van at this center. But Mr.Joe quickly came to office and he arranged one in 30 mins.
During his office closure, he stayed more than 1 hour, identified Van, washed, cleaned inside the Van and gave us. Thanks to Avis Management.”

“I have to say that the kind woman behind the counter at this location is extremely sharp. After nine days of not having a rental after a not at fault accident I was starting to get annoyed. As a single mom and business owner this was a huge hit in my daily responsibilities. With in 1 hour of calling this location she called the other parties insurance her self and had me out of there with and upgraded rental. 10 stars for that rental car super hero wish I remembered her name. But Thank You!”

“Need a bigger sign by the road, the tree blocks most of the sign, and sign is too small. Hard to see it by driving. It is not inside airport, need a shuttle but pretty fast. Car I get is new, a little dirty outside but inside is clean.”
