Went in there with some family to look at cars no pressure sales staff. A little low on their trade and appraisals however. No negotiating pricing is new to me as far as the car business. It's a very different experience but it was a good one.b

Jordan/Jordyn...spelling? Was amazing, patient and knowledgeable. Experience was amazing. This is my 4th car from Carmax and refuse to go anywhere else! Keep up the amazing work guys!!!
