Recent bad experience here. Took my iPhone in for a cracked screen and asked for an after market screen. Paid $250 and immediately noticed my phone’s battery was not holding a charge and the screen jumped around. Took it back in, and they denied that the issues were related to the screen, even though the new problems started as soon as the screen was installed. They offered to work on it again for an additional $150. Took it to a different repair place and was told the aftermarket screen was defective. Paid another $250 for another aftermarket screen. Works great. Went back to Cellular Express and asked for some sort of refund - even $50 would have made it right. No help whatsoever. Refused to refund anything. Won’t be going back.

I've been delivering to this business since it opened and so I've come to him for repairs many times. Consistently he's been the quickest and the most reasonable phone repair guy in town. Sometimes, he may not have the part you need on some older model phones, but he can order it and it gets in quick. I recommend him to friends or anyone who's said they needed a phone repair and they've also come back happy with the results. I highly endorse this company.
