Just say no. Do not give them a credit card until after you test what they said they repaired. They charge me $750 and they did not even make any repair whatsoever. They replaced a cable and called it done but that is not even what was broken. After taking it to a reputable repair shop they said the cable was installed incorrectly and it could not be used in charge me to replace the cable again so that it could be done the right way. This company is just a sham and they have no business being in their repair industry. They should maybe try selling roses on the side of the road

They did not fix my camper and when I took it back they blamed the problem on something else. I paid $700 for my camper to still be broken.

Sent them an email with a detailed description of my electrical issues 2 days prior to my arrival in Amarillo. Bill responded later that evening and I was told he'd speak with a tech and get back to me. 24 hrs passed - nothing. I emailed again and was told the tech was off that day (conveniently) and that he would speak with him today. But, again, nothing.I can only assume that they don't know enough about electrical to help, or that they are so busy they don't need any new business.

Wow!! Where to begin? I called Century about a used Toy Hauler I saw online. When I inquired I was told it was a very clean 2019 Carbon Toy Hauler 36'. (My research told me that model was 39', but I let that slide). I mentioned trading my current coach in and Bill was dumbfounded how he could give an estimated trade value without seeing my coach. I personally have had 5 different trade offers on my coach and not one dealer looked at the coach in person. So when I informed him of this he went to NADA and then must have decided since I was traveling he would offer me 30% less than NADA value and I would take the offer, out of desperation. No way was I doing that! I owe nothing on my coach and wasn't going to give it away to them, so they could screw someone else and make $15 or $20 thousand dollars off of it. Since the trade was off the table I asked what they would sell me the Toy Hauler for? $58k is as low as the owner would go! That's when I learned it was a consignment coach. Well $58k was more than I was willing to pay, so I kept looking. During my searches, I found the exact same coach on FB Marketplace and contacted the owner. She said it was their coach and it was being consigned at Century Auto. I spoke with her husband and I worked out an agreement and he called Bill to tell him the terms. Done deal....Not so fast. As I'm traveling across the country I'm also coordinating with my credit union to get funding to buy this coach, talking with Bill at Century, and the actual owner. Stressed isn't the word, just doesn't cover the frustration dealing with Century RV. So I communicated with Bill to let him know we would be there Friday around lunch time ready to take possession of the coach as our funding was approved and the money being wired to him. "Ok we will see you Friday" This was Thursday. We arrive Friday around noon, and I expected the coach to be prepped and ready, hooked up to electric, water, all systems ready to demonstrate. NOTHING! It was in the back in storage, no batteries installed, no power hooked up, no water hooked up, slides were in. It's as if he didn't make the sale at all and was talking to me for the first time. I was shocked! Here I went thru all these steps to buy this consignment coach, and he didn't have it ready to deliver. So I gathered my tools and set to removing the dead batteries they put in the coach when we arrived and replaced them with the two from our coach so we could operate the slides and the leveling gear. Meanwhile it's July, and it's 105° and the customer is out there prepping the coach, insanity! So after about 2 hours of inspecting and guessing how things work, they gave us zero instruction, they just left us out there to figure things out, we finally were able to get all of our belongings transferred over to the toy hauler. One of the service techs thankfully did assist me in moving our queen mattress over, it's a "Purple" mattress and it's very heavy. So after getting everything situated about 5 pm we agreed to consign my 5th wheel coach and motorcycle trailer I had been towing behind my 5th wheel, and it was understood, if they didn't sell it by The first week of September, I would come and retrieve it and sell it myself back home in Florida. Everything was done at that point. We returned Saturday to clean our coach so it would be presentable for showings, and left with hopes they would actually sell it and prevent us from having to drive back to Amarillo. Before leaving Saturday, Bill got an address from me to send the title, he had to get the owner to sign it after he got his funds, and then Bill would Fed Ex it to me at a designated place along our two month trip. Didn't happen. When we arrived in Vegas I asked my buddy if he got any Fed Ex deliveries for me and he had not. I wasn't surprised at all. In fact I received ZERO communication from anyone at Century after Saturday. Nothing! No calls, no emails, radio silence. My wife and I return home, North Flori

Don't take your RV there for service or anything of any sort. I paid a deposit for a awning repair. He ordered the part and said 3 weeks for the part. 5 weeks later, no part and I had to call to check on it. I asked for a refund and gave me the run around, said he will call back. I had to follow up twice. I get that parts are hard to find and get cuz of covid but if you are getting your refund then why you holding my money when you are getting yours back. Let me charge you for interest since you are holding my refund until you gets your money back. No communication and excuses for your lack of service. I don't need to keep my camper there for you to remember to work on it. So by all means give me my refund back.

Took my trailer to them in August. They didn't even work on it until April. They hit my trailer with something. They charged $95 to winterize, even though they took so long to work on it. Would not recommend.

Dropped my trailer off 6th and picked it up 17th..BilJan called me about the electric plug in outlet, then proceeded to tell me outrages prices to do the forever warranty inspection. So we had words, I told him just to forget about the forever warranty work and then I was having the original place I purchased the trailer from call them. Which they did and century wouldn't answer for them.. Needless to.say when I talked to BilJan the next day my trailer was done. When I picked up.my trailer I spoke with the actual mechanic who was working on my trailer and the only thing he fixed was he adjusted one of the slides and that was it. I contacted keystone and they called century and spoke with BilJan and supposedly the mechanic, the mechanic lied to keystone im sure so he didn't loose his job.. Poor Service is an understatement..Now off to another dealership to prove to keystone that century lied and falsely charged for work never completed....
