Its not friendly way to do their job bec they wouldn't go get a size box and all it do is fit it and try that shoes smdh. They are irritated some reason.

Lazy , Rude and unprofessional. The employees stand around talking and look irritated when anyone asks for help.Who I’m assuming was a store manager argued with me on a return at a later date when I stated which employee made the mistake of giving me TWO LEFT SHOES all b/c of who’s name was on the original receipt. Literally argued with me back and fourth on who the receipt says it was Versus who I claim it was (telling me what I do and don’t remember) Which I had no problem doing but there was a line of customers waiting to be checked out. DISGUSTING. Another employee piped up and told me to “get my return and go on and get up outta there” which of course caused me to continue my arguing. We* caused a whole scene in this store as a result of their unprofessionalism and I don’t regret it one bit. It’s no wonder online shopping is taking over. Having to deal with someone who just HAD to get their voice in on what the receipt said and who I claimed helped me was INSANE. Glad to be working on myself as a person or this store would have made me catch a charge. Never again.

I try to stay away from this store because of very poor customer service in the past. I have a 16 year old who loves Nike (got it from me!) went in today to the usual 6 to 8 employees standing around. I asked the manager about a jacket my son wanted, he was very helpful, but they didn't have his size. We left to check at other stores in the mall. No one had anything my son wanted, so he decided on a different jacket at Champs. We went back, got the jacket then stood in check out line for about 15 minutes behind 4 other customers. The checker was SLOW and getting farther behind. I think you guys need to get your act together! 6 other employees standing around, not helping this inexperienced checker doesn't look good to me. I am going to try to get my son to stop shopping here, they act like they have better things to do than help, like visit with coworkers, friends or just stand around.

I love Champs, and shop here frequently. I always spend tons and today at a champs I came to in another city I felt horrible. I bought a pair of Air Force 1’s and I returned them because they didn’t fit well with socks on, and when I went to return them the Casheer and sales associate were basically attacking me for returning an item as if I was getting questioned for a murder. They were rude and use the upmost sarcasm and rudeness possible. I felt like I was unwelcome and a monster for returning a pair of 100 dollar shoes. They gave me the refund but their attitude could have been better.
