Went in with a friend earlier today and workers didn’t greet, didn’t even smile at us. I didn’t feel welcome but my friend wanted to shop around so I followed along. Not only did they not greet us or at least smile, they didn’t offer a fitting room. We had to ask for one and when we went to see how the items fit on my friend, we were disgusted by how filthy the room was. It was horrifying. I told her to just put the clothes back so we can leave because what kind of business is this?! We will gladly steer clear from this store and shop elsewhere. Super gross and not welcoming AT ALL!

Workers were so rude, felt like I was not welcomed into the store at all. Most employees were just sitting around on their phones, not even helping customers. Store was a complete mess and the fitting rooms were extremely dirty. I’ve never been into a store where I wasn’t greeted. The gal that I believe was management has no business as a manager. Pretty sure they were vaping in the store as well. I could’ve sworn I saw one of the girls hold her hand to her mouth for a moment while looking around. Looks like vaping to me. Never coming back here ever again.

Terrible service Terrible atmosphere. I'm currently in line watching 1 girl work while 3 others are standing around a computer chatting. Must be nice to get paid for standing around and providing zero service ?

2 days before Christmas & one cashier. 10 customers in line while two employees standing around more concerned about how customers were lined up instead of opening a second register. Lol. Sat stuff down & walked out. What a joke!
