I was here and i was gone. Its a bank and nice location and clean exterior. Parking was good and felt safe to use ATM.

I was needing to open a new bank account and was skeptical by coming to this branch because of some of the reviews BUT they are so so so friendly here! Everyone was joyful and so helpful. 10/10 would recommend and ignore all the mean comments people have left!!

Unfriendly and unprofessional. I have witnessed so many time now that people were not helped or just told to use the app. Why do we need the branch than? We can do everything on the phone or the app.

Sometimes this machine does not function fully. I pull up and it says I cannot deposit money when that is one of the things I need to do. Very annoying.

Absolutely the worst customer service of any bank I've ever been to. I've been a chase private client for many years and I can't believe that I can walk into this bank and be ignored for 20 minutes while people are standing behind the counter claiming that their station's not open yet but they're doing nothing. This is not a one time thing, it's every single time I go to this branch. I guess I'll go to ANB instead

Absolutely horrible service at this branch. I am about to close my account after being a customer for eighteen years. This bank is unable to retain its staff or customers every time I go in they have new employees and managers and customer service is zero. I would not recommend this bank to anyone. They only deserve zero stars if that was a choice. Please stay away!

So what happens when you go to deposit money at the only ATM on two separate days and drive clear across town to find out they it's down on both of those day? You go business at another bank.

I read horrible reviews of this branch on google--so much so that I was afraid to pursue opening an account there--so I stopped in to scope it out first: no problem. Seemed ok. Made an appointment and met with Cathy A. Arrived to a friendly welcome from a teller. Had a great experience with Cathy, getting things set up.

U can't go inside but the ATM is broken half the time. Sometimes it says can't do cash deposits for some reason and today I can't get money from my account. Very unhappy with this bank going to for another one.

This is a horrible bank. Customer service is without a doubt the worst and the phone number just sends you to the Chase 1-800 number. Also, they cancel account for no reason, or a least won't/can't tell you the reason even though you have outstanding credit. I'll NEVER bank with them again .

We tried to contact this Amarillo, TX branch at their local posted phone number for 2 days to set up an appointment. The line was answered and a recording states that all representatives are busy and to call back later. No option to leave a message. We made at least 20 attempts to make contact. Finally we decided to make the trip from Lubbock to this location to handle our transaction in person. We arrived at the bank at 11am and we were informed that the "banker" was not in the office today and that he is the only one that can handle the transaction. We were informed that he would be traveling to Lubbock today and if we went back we could catch him before 3pm. This is unacceptable customer service. First off they should have a dedicated person to answer all phone calls that come in. Secondly there should be more than one person at the bank that can handle a transaction. I attempted to call and discuss this with the branch manager and alas...I got the recording again. Would not recommend.
