We had a tire blow out on the freeway due to a bad alignment on our dually. The entire team at Chauncy’s was awesome. The got us in for an alignment ASAP, were very affordable and quick too. Super thankful for this kind team that went above and beyond for us!

The reply is true. The 1 star rating is because I got not 1, not 2 but 3 other opinions and my quote from your company was close to 700 dollars, every other location found only 1 issue and was less than 200 dollars with the alignment included

These guys helped me out so much! I traveled through Amarillo to pick up my girlfriend after her car broke down. I was pretty upset when we both appeared to be stranded far from home. They sent a guy at 4:30 on a Friday to help limp my vehicle to their shop to avoid an expensive tow. They had me back on the road in an hour. I am so grateful for their efforts when other shops basically told me there was nothing they can do. I highly recommend this shop!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Something that shouldn't have taken so long took over 4 hours and I waited in their lobby since I didn't have anyone to pick me up literally I got here as they opened and my truck is still not finished . There staff spends more time coming in and out of the lobby area than actually working on vehicles.Not doing business there again.Service: Wheel alignment

these guys helped me incredibly! while traveling through Amarillo, we had a real emergency come up on our vehicle and needed help ASAP. Chauncey's came recommended by another local shop, so I went straight over there and asked for help. they were busy, but the manager himself came out to look at my issue and recognized the situation that we were in and jumped to help us. We would not have been able to continue traveling without their help. In 90 minutes they had everything fixed and we were on the road. It was a blessing, and I couldn't recommend these guys more as far as integrity and willingness to help. Bring them your business!
