Great. Went to see Ghostbusters Frozen empire. Awesome movie. The tickets are $8.75 regular...not sure about the XD prices. Food is reasonable too .

Editing my review, my only complaint is that their seats headrests are weird. Overall I really like this theater i prefer to go here rather than cinergy. the employees are friendly and it's clean

A great place to see a movie and relax, and buy some food and drinks if interested (and not weary of spending a hefty amount on way over-priced drinks and snacks). That aside, however, it's not what it once was for those who remember. The modern-day scene (pun not intended) of theaters that have survived past the pandemic is rather sad, a long echo of greatness that once was, but now long gone.As such, this theater, though still operational, is one such echo. It's still great, don't get me wrong, but I remember back when it and the UA theater (now shut down) were all the rage and were an epic, awesome environment to be in.Now, thanks to streaming services and the impact Covid had on the world, these theaters are a ghost of what they once were. The hype and vibe have been replaced with a quiet, mellow feel. The hustle and bustle has become a whisper on a quiet day.For example, the arcade section has been removed and replaced with a small bar (to get alcoholic beverages) and a small station for drink lids and straws, and/or to butter/salt your popcorn. When my family, friends, and I were last there, no one was attending to or using the bar. It's hard to explain, but it just feels empty and shallow in comparison to what once was. If you were alive and visited big theaters, like this one, back before streaming services became the new standard go-to, and before the pandemic hit, you'll know what I mean.Still, this aside, it is a really great place to visit for an occasional showing from time to time. Greatly recommend!

No refills on soft drinks is surprising. Save your money and go to Cinergy. They offer free refills there.

Comfortable seats in a spacious theater. Purchasing assigned seats online is nice because you know ahead of time that you have your good seats reserved! Another perk is having a QR code when purchased so you can go straight in without long lines. Another perk is the option to buy snacks with your tickets online and all your snacks are ready at a separate counter when you get there! Sometimes the pre purchased snacks have a short line to pick up my snacks, but I’ve never had more than 2 people in front of me and it’s super fast compared to the standard snack line!! They add a beer bar (I guess would be the name of it) where there is beer, wine, and frozen type drinks, but I don’t think it’s a hard liquor bar if I remember correctly. I prefer this theater over Cinergy because it’s not crowded with screaming kids and I can hear someone talking without them having to yell over kids and video games! They used to have a small arcade that is off to the corner but I haven’t noticed if they still do. The location of this theater is much easier to access and has a better parking lot than the competitors. Hands down preferred for me!

We like taking excursions to the theater as a family. Reserving our seats beforehand is cool although the service fee stinks. We pre-ordered food and drink but that backfired as the people in line got served first anyway. Left my gloves behind and had no trouble being let back in to retrieve them. Was clean and nice escape from reality for a couple hours.

Will NEVER support this theater again.Went to see “Sound of Freedom” and the theater was UNBEARABLE. There was absolutely no AC on. I’m almost certain the heater was on. As soon as you walk into the hallway outside that certain theater space, you can feel the AC blowing. This proves to show the problem go deeper than we know.I had heard about theaters sabotaging this movie in the same way with it being unbearably hot, and I’m just here to confirm it.

This location's customer service is VERY POOR!!! I even said something to the “manager” and she acted like i was bothering her and cared less. We have a competitor theater in town and will be going there from now on. At least there we get treated as human beings. I know we are all human and make mistakes. But, being in customer service means helping your guests to the best of your ability. Not ignoring them when they are trying to voice a concern. Get better management and have them take customer service classes. They need it. If i could give zero stars I would.

Blue Beatle was supposed to come out 8/18. I bought tickets for my son and myself on the 17th. When we showed up they said the tickets purchased where for the 17th. They knew we didn’t use the tickets. No refund or anything. Just a waste of $30 for me and a loss of time with my son. Awful customer service. Lose a customer for life for the price of two tickets.
