I like this place . However I read on their Web site that any purchase over $700 and within 30 miles won't be charged delivery fee. My perchase was over $3000 and I live 15 miles away and I get charged delivery fees . Last time shopping here . I don't like being played.

WHEN I COME TO AMARILLO Conn's to make a payment they are very polite ,helpful wanting to welcome you to their store and help you . I have an account in lubbock and the employee's are rude hateful awful attitude. So I come to AMARILLO and take care of my business with them instead. I was taken care of promptly respectful and I was not treated badly like lubbock Conn's does! AMARILLO Conn's y'all are Awesome!

Shoppers beware we were paying on a big stereo speaker and they canceled our account they couldn't tell us why and now they are not wanting to refund our money which comes to 200 dollars won't ever go back there. Pam

Attention do not rent from conns, there charging us 11,000 for a 3,500 dollar couch and we’re looking at several different documents and they are all different signatures that are clearly not ours, they are scamming us and forged our signatures.

Do not buy any furniture from this store. Delivery was a pain, furniture put together wrong, and furniture started falling apart less than two years. After reporting the issues, our claim was denied. Complete waste of money.

Phoned, was told that there is stock available. Drove all the way. Got there, no stock. Only display models. The quoted number item not even in stock. Wasted my time and fuel. Salespeople just say sorry. Will never see my face again. Guess they make enough money online. Store was rather quiet, so not a lot of money made in the store. Shrug my waste of money and time of with a sad sorry to hear about it, anything else we can help you with today. ??

I purchased a brand new LG refrigerator in February of 2022 from Conns with the warranty. They have NO problem taking your money for their warranty but don’t like to actually help when it’s needed. It went out on 9/3/23 and I filed a claim. I have now had 4 repair appointments and no fridge for 22 days. I lost all of the food inside. The 3rd party said it couldn’t be repaired and was easier to replace but Conns didn’t like that answer and chose to send another person to look at it which I am now waiting for. Their customer service is AWFUL!!! Not to mention each time someone has come out the time frame I’ve been given was between 7am-6pm. This is so unrealistic! 4 appointments later and they don’t care about my time or me missing work. No wonder their rating is so low. Do not shop here!
