Went inside the store and the worker was outside talking to some lady. Waited inside for 15mins and she was still outside talking didnt say a word to me and then someone else goes, im guessing a friend she went inside to get something and went right back outside to talk again, so i left. Worst cricket I've ever been to if i could give zero stars on that store i sure would!

These people are great... "..drunkerds dream if I ever did see..."Fixed things the other stores didn't have a clue and like good democrats blamed the hardware... Not here; they getter dun.Friendly, helpful beyond the norm.Walked in with a case problem and walked out saving money monthly with more beanies...Delightful individuals.

We had a very bad experience at this location. The manager that was there at 4pm on Saturday was very rude. We were trying to return my moms cellphone she has purchase Monday and the manager didn’t want to. She said it has to be within 7 days which it was. Then she said it had to be less then 60 min usage. It’s on the receipt she said. It doesn’t show in the receipt, I try to explain that to her. Since she couldn’t answer or show me where it says about the 60 min usage she started getting upset. Then she goes to the back and started talking to the “district manager” she was on the phone for awhile leaving a new employee at the front desk where the employee was also rude to us. Then she comes back saying my district managers said we can’t accept the phone back. Oh and she also said you can call 611 and talk to somebody but even if they say yes we will not give you a refund. It was a very bad experience. We will never go to your location again.

This is a terrible location. My mother in law tried returning a phone she bought within the 7 day time frame stated on the receipt. The manager there said they could not return the phone due to 60 minutes of usage on the phone. She claimed the policy is stated on the receipt and in the store. My mother in law asked kindly to show them where it is on the receipt or store but they could not find this policy. The manager started getting frustrated and disrespectful since she could not show her proof. Only thing on the receipt for a refund stated it must be returned before 7 days. After calling other stores and going to another location, they said this is not their policy and they should be able to refund them. Unfortunately, it needs to be at the store it was bought.I highly recommend shopping at another location besides this one. Employees like them give bad reputations to the company.

I got great customer service at this location. The salesperson even was able to help us transfer all of our information from our old phones to our new ones and we learned about a new program that might save us some money down the road.
