When I saw that it didn't work for me, I asked him if I could exchange it because the one I had bought didn't work for me and it cost me 37 dollars and he said, "They didn't make any changes or refunds. We went to buy a phone and he add it a charger, case and screen protector with out asking. The total was 150 more for the accessories. We told him that we didn’t want the extras and said that they only sell phones with accessories and told us that couldn’t sell just the phone

Be careful bc when u pay they don’t even count the money a year ago i went to this store i paid like 1,100 for an iPhone 12 at that time they were like 980 or so i didn’t even say anything because i was shy i paid with 55 bills of $20 the man that was working with me was making rude comments with a coworker they were very unprofessional… i will never be back to this location.

They said free HBO max with my $60.00 a month plan, so I downloaded the app. Then found out it's not free, it's $9.99 a month billed through Cricket. I knew better than trust any free bs from a phone company. Had to call and cancel it.
