My mom had to end up paying 30 dollars for a 10 dollar sims card for a mistake the manager Natosha made.tried calling customer service who said there was nothing they could do and that they had no contact info of who ever was above this manager

There is a lot that they do not tell you that you're supposed to know and if you don't ask they will not say they are trained to do what they're supposed to do but one of the things that they been doing is they want to see how you fall into the trap of buying one of their cheap phones

Horrible customer service. Bought phone and it has an internal problem with operating system. They would not exchange it because its been more than 7 days. It's only been 9 days. I'm screwed and must buy a new phone. They did not care one bit.
