Customer service is not dead at Curtis Sales. We are on a cross country trip and the horrible cross wind along I-40 screwed up our tonneau cover. The young man inside was so helpful and caring and brought the mechanic out and we figured out a solution to our problem. It was just before closing time and they went right to work trying to help us and we're so very kind! Thank you ......it has worked. We made it to Santa Rosa this evening with no more issues. I will never forget these guys. They could have tried to take advantage of two ladies (mom and daughter) but they did not and just helped us out. Thank you!!!

What a wonderful group of people! We are passing thru Amarillo and discovered trouble with our Roadmaster tow bar installed on our truck 4 months ago in another state. After calling 5 different places, we were finally referred here. They said they would at least look at it, bring it in. In less than 1 hour, they replaced all the bolts holding the hitch receivers on the truck. They explained what they found and then DID NOT CHARGE US for their time. We feel blessed that we found Curtis Sales, and recommend them highly. THANK YOU CURTIS SALES TEAM!

I needed a trailer hitch put on my truck with a quick turn around bc of my own ignorance. The people at Curtis worked with me and took care of it quickly and at a fair price. The service was excellent!!! They helped me find the right side steps for my truck!! They are straight forward and book a week in advance. They had my truck ready with 4 hours!
