If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has just gone down hill. Pharmacy staff is just rude and don't seem to care. They never answer their phones and IF they ever do answer, they have the worst attitudes with us. The times I've transferred mine and my family's prescriptions to a different pharmacy they act surprised as to why I'm changing. CVS please do better!

I was traveling in my RV and called them when I was a few days away to get my little dog seizure medicine. They made sure I had it available to me when I passed through Amarillo. Great customer service

Hate this place! Seems so ghetto and run down. Can't get what you need and it's just dirty.

Each time I've called the pharmacy I'm waiting 15 minutes before I just hang up. And a medication they say they can get in twice a week hasn't arrived in over 2 weeks, with no response as to why and no update. I have to physically go up there to get any help. I feel like they don't care about their customers the way other CVS do.

Standing here waiting on my Mom's meds. Nobody at the counter, been standing here for about 15 min and the workers walking in front of me and the other customers haven't even turned our way to say "We'll be right there.". I come here to get meds for my Mom and there have been SEVERAL times she has had to call and REcall because after they said her meds were ready, they'd tell me they hadn't gotten the order yet. I don't get my own meds here, and I'm very glad I don't. Come on people, at least talk to the people who are waiting.

Left my prescriptions yesterday and they still don't have them ready. 24+ hrs to get a prescription ready. The drive through pharmacists doesn't know what he is doing and sounds like he is confused - rude and unacceptable.
