I normally have good experiences here, but my interaction with the checkout counter girl, Kat, was disappointing. She was not friendly and came across as rude, which made the checkout process unpleasant. A smile or a bit of courtesy would go a long way in improving customer service.

We discovered him around Easter. Ging is a stellar druggist helper. He disappeared and now reappeared at this location now. My mom used to get her stomach drugs at the CVS on Washington back during Covid. Ging has always helped her get her cost down with a coupon. This pharmacy has THE best customer service in town. We transferred my mom’s and my sister drugs to this CVS from Washington after we found Ging! Go see him he the big big orient man he will give you the discount on all your medications and take care of you. My mom and sister loves him!

Over the last 8 years, there have been a few issues with wait times when scripts should have been ready (called in or ordered via the app a day to days prior) but I was always understanding. Today (8/1) I cannot be. I picked all of my family’s medications up on Wednesday and 1 prescription on auto refill was missing. I looked at the app and it stated it had been filled. I went to pick it up today and it wasn’t ready. They asked me to come back in an hour. I explained I was on my way to the airport and I needed it now b/c I was completely out. They said 30 mins then. I didn’t have 30 mins. I explained I would be making a complaint and transferring my business elsewhere.
I get to the airport and receive a notification they filled my prescription. 1.) I told them no I was transferring my business 2.) I’m now going to be out of town with no way to get my prescription filled.
Horrible customer service and overall experience today. Subpar to good on most visits, but never great.

One drive thru lane. Wait times inside and outside are terrible. On more than occasion I left the line after waiting over 20 minutes with 5-6 vehicles ahead of me. Very frustrating!

My family has been coming here for years and never in my life have I seen such an attractive Asian pharmacist working back there. Very helpful and helped me get my daughter’s scripts ready in a timely manner. Jimmy I think his name is. Go see him!

I had fallen and scraped up my arm pretty good! I didn’t have the needed supplies at home to take care of it. After we gathered up what we needed, My husband discovered he forgot his wallet. I was going to stay at the store while he went home to get it when a young lady, an employee, took care of the payment I didn’t get her name but the gesture was very much appreciated.

We were passing through and needed to fill a prescription. The app made it very easy to transfer it to this location. It was ready the next morning and we picked it up on our way out of town. Staff was very nice and helpful.

While the staff is always kind and friendly, I have never received any guidance on any medication prescribed. I’ve never been to a pharmacy that doesn’t at least ask if I have any questions regarding the medication that I’m picking up. An offer of explanation of the medication being picked up along with any possible contraindications should be basic standard of care for any pharmacy visit.
