The pharmacy went completely down hill when Francis left to be closer to family. I can't fault him for that, but the replacement crew are completely horrible, the pharmacist wants to be a doctor and decides what to fill and not.y doctor has been practicing medicine since 1990 and needless to say I changed pharmacies and I won't even go into the store for non pharmacy items.

Was in the drive-through pharmacy window at 5:30 behind five cars made it to the window by 6:01 and they shut the window on me even though I have been waiting since before their closing time. Will never be back to this pharmacy since they don’t have the smallest bit of decency.

Takes them 4 days to get a perscription ready. That is my regular pharmacy and they NEVER have my stuff in stock. Guess Covid sure did effect the staff's IQ!!

I can tell now I'm going to have to change pharmacies! Have been calling all morning to speak with someone in regards to my husband's prescription and confirming he has insurance. First time I called, some rude a** answered the phone, I only got half of my words out and he placed me on hold. I stayed on hold for 10 mins then hung up. I called again a couple times after that. I guess they just don't care to answer the phone but please believe when I make my way there, they won't like what I have to say!!

I waited on hold to check on a prescription for 23 min. I also called on my husband’s phone and they picked that one up in about 5 min. It should not take that long to get ahold of someone in the pharmacy.

The absolute worst pharmacy in Amarillo, they make you wait over 24 hours to get a prescription filled and when it is available for pick up you have to wait hours.

They close the pharmacy drive thru randomly when they feel like it. If it's open be prepared to wait a good long while. If you go in you're on your own, don't expect any help. If you're a shoplifter, it's easy cause no one's at the checkstand or really anywhere to be found. If you're going to pick up cold meds for your kids... don't, they're out.

Waited 4 days to get my prescription filled. When I called, the lady was extremely rude and said they were behind due to the holidays but then said it would be ready in 30 minutes…… If you need a prescription filled I guess you have to call them or they will just ignore your request. I hate that my insurance forces me to use the worst pharmacy. (AKA - CVS)

I waited 4 days for my rescue inhaler to be filled and still had to walk in and get it expedited. To me, this is unacceptable. I have emailed corporate and filed a formal complaint. No one should have to wait that long for life saving medication, or at least update the customers that there will be a delay. Or forward the prescription to another location. Absolutely ridiculous. I have switched to another non-CVS pharmacy.
