The only time I visit is for the better beer prices. Tonight, I bought a 12 pack of Bud Light for my wife. She had to pour out most of them because they were flat. I don't know who's fault it is, but I need to get my money back. Also, one of them had some crust all over it. It is absolutely not acceptable.

I was in this store on Christmas Eve at 3:15 pm and it was horrible! It was out of almost completely everything in the coolers, merchandise was was scattered everywhere, and there were boxes on the floor barely making it possible to move in there. We chose to pick up the few things we needed to get here instead of going to a bigger store because my husband is recovering from surgery and was not feeling great this morning when we woke up. We had been in the store for at least 30 minutes and gotten some last-minute stocking stuffers, some groceries and hygiene items when the manager approached my husband told him very rudely that she knows he took something and put it his pants and he had until he got to the front to return it. My basket was full of the things that I intended on purchasing once I got to the register. It was well over $100 worth. My husband was wearing a jacket because it is less than 30° outside his pajama bottoms, and his house shoes along with a T-shirt. We told the manager before she walked off that she could wait to explain herself. My husband then says I’m going to empty my pockets right now and then I expect an apology. He took his jacket off, handed it to her so she could feel the pockets, which she refused to do. He then took the waistband on his pajama bottoms and stretched it out to make sure that she understood he had no pockets to which she turns her head and says that she’s not going to look at that because it’s disrespectful to her husband. She then says she has an eyewitness that saw him put something in his pants. The boy that came and said that he put something in his pants cannot identify what he put in his pants nor say where he did it. Nobody would apologize to him, nor will they do anything except for make excuses as to why they were within rights. She started to get loud and more embarrassing so my husband looked at me and said “let’s go!” I grab my keys and she said, “yeah, you go and don’t ever come back!” I turned around and said she’s better stop or I was calling the cops. She pulls out her cell phone and calls her manager while following us to our car being very loud, talking on the phone to her manager. We have never been so embarrassed in our lives and will never shop at such a NASTY store again!!!!

Nothing on shelves and staff sucks on restocking I don't like the new staff they are lazy I will no longer be shopping there I will take the extra steps and go to family dollar sorry but the change didn't work

Come to this store cuz it said it was open until 10:00 but the doors are locked and it's not 10:00 the doors have been locked since 15 till 10:00 I just needed one thing of soap laundry detergent and that's it

Went in there today 10/30/21 to make a purchase and the new manager was at the register He was "rude,, hateful, unfriendly and down right tacky" I told him after he got rude saying "can you not see what I am doing" that he could just keep his items if he was going to be that rude! That man does NOT need to be in management or in customer service at all!! It is no wonder that they are short handed I have ever intentions of calling the customer hotline to complain.

I love this store!. It's one of the oldest one. Would be nice if corporate would spring for update. Front needs painted, they need more help but corporate won't spring for that I'm sure like all other places. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Always working frieght, they sell alot at this location so people they are always going to be restocking! Great work team!
