I came to get a rental from this location and they quickly turned me away and told me I was at the wrong location. I explained to Jason that my insurance told me to come here but he did not care and was not helpful at all. I went to the new location he told me to go to and they told me I was at the right location the first time. I wasted gas and time because of Jason.

I have to say that the kind woman behind the counter at this location is extremely sharp. After nine days of not having a rental after a not at fault accident I was starting to get annoyed. As a single mom and business owner this was a huge hit in my daily responsibilities. With in 1 hour of calling this location she called the other parties insurance her self and had me out of there with and upgraded rental. 10 stars for that rental car super hero wish I remembered her name. But Thank You!

Isaiah was wonderful to work with. I had an issue with another car rental place, and when he heard about my experience, he very quickly and professionally jumped to my aid and got me right in a vehicle. I would definitely recommend this location and Isaiah!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. My partner and ai had to rent a car last minute due to getting stranded with transmission problems. A woman named Olivia helped us and I can recall few times in my life when I have received such stellar customer service. She was so incredibly kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I could tell she genuinely gives a damn about people. And then I learned she is brand new to her position. That was very surprising, given her demeanor, presence, and ability. This young woman deserves a raise already. I hope she is given the opportunity to move up within this company. She is a true asset.

10 stars for the crew who helped me get back on the road after the car I rented in another state had an issue.They had a car waiting for me when I arrived and helped me move all my bags and equipment to the new vehicle.This location will not make any money for helping me but as a part of the enterprise family they know how important customer service is.I really appreciate this location taking the time to help me outIn contrast, I first contacted the enterprise at 2006 S Soncy Rd, Amarillo, TX 79124 and all they would do is tell me to go to the airport location.
