Quick service, nice vehicle, no fuss or negative surprises. Upgraded my vehicle so I didn’t have to wait for the one I booked to be ready. You can tell customer service is a priority from the way the staff carry themselves. Would recommend.

when my car broke down omw home from a cross country roadtrip, i was in such a panic about how i was going to get myself, dog n all my gear home w me in time. i called rental spot after rental spot n no one could help me out in the right now. when i spoke to Tawny tho, she found all the pieces i needed to put the puzzle together n made moves to help get me rolling. she n Matt were so professional n helped reassure me that i was doing the right thing—renting a car n leaving my own behind. i meant it when i said the service i was provided at this enterprise has been the BEST service i’ve ever experienced at a rental shop. thank you so much, both of you <3 n Matt! thank you for talking climbing w me while i waited; now get back up on that wall!!! :D

Worst place I’ve ever done business with. We made a clear reservation online, and the manager said she sees the reservation, but when it came to get our vehicle. They said we were supposed to call the store to set up/finalize the reservation. Ok, why even have the option to set up a reservation online when it doesn’t link up with the store to set in stone the reservation? Horrible service.

They called me at the last moment to inform me there would be an additional $200 fee. I called the regional manager, he said no way, we don't do that! He said I could have them call him if there was a problem with it. No thanks, I'm sure they would just find some other way to rip me off or cheat me out of some more money. I went elsewhere and got a better deal, and after years of using Enterprise, I'm done. (An interesting side note here, the lady told me my credit card had to be from the same area as the rental. What? So if I fly to Hawaii for a vacation you won't accept my card because it's not local to my vacation spot? Yall are retarded)
