Bloody awful service. Had a reservation, lady told me she would call later that afternoon when a car was available. Never heard back. Stopped by and was told might be another 2 days before a car was available. This is a No Customer service location.

We rented our car in another state and the car had an issue and we needed to change it out for a new one. This location would not help just repeatedly said I had to go to the airport location. I understand that this location will not make any money by helping me but as part of the enterprise family they need to provide support.In contrast the enterprise located at 3001 SW 26th Ave, Amarillo, TX 79109 was wonderful and went on and above to make sure I had a car that worked.Please take your business to the 3001 SW 26th Ave, Amarillo, TX 79109 location.As customers we need to support the locations that will support us when we need it.****Owner has one generic response to all bad reviews ****

Reserved car 7 months in advance of trip. When arrived the girl behind counter,who wouldn't give her name,said they have no cars and had 5 people ahead of us on waiting list.There was no one waiting in office.I find it extremely difficult to believe that if there were actually people waiting for cars that they had made reservations as far ahead of arrival as we did. She did not care that by not having a car as promisedwe would not be able to see the sights since we were traveling in a motorhome. Her advice to us to get a car was to try elsewhere. She said may have a car in a day or so but at this point not interested in doing business with this branch and a representative that could care less about the effect her failure to make sure a car was available has on a customer that made plans anticipating that it would

Gave them a one star because giving zero stars was not an option. No one ever answers the phone at this location. After being on hold for 45 minutes, I had my insurance make a reservation enterprise was supposed to call me back within a 4 hour window. Never happened. They were closed the following day leaving me without a vehicle for 2 days.

I had to rent a car for few months due to my truck was in the shop. The staff was amazing. They picked up and dropped me off. I have zero complaints and definitely would recommend Soncy location.

I have been going in circles for weeks regarding a rental car situation and lost items and through all of it, THIS specific location on Soncy has the best staff and they are the ONLY people who have been able to help me. They are the only ones who have returned my phone calls and because of them I have been able to locate my very important missing belongings. Specifically Katie and Tierra I owe a huge thank you to for their excellent customer service and willingness and care in helping me. Thank you so so so much ladies !!!!!

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Not only they didn't give me a car even though I had a legit driver license, they also put me in the blacklist just because I put a discount code from the company I previously worked. Because of them my whole plan for the day collapsed! They thought I didn't work for this company and they thought it was a fraud attempt or something. They asked me if I worked for this company and I said yes. But they still put me in the blacklist without saying anything. Now I can't rent a car from any enterprise location. I would've given 0 star if I could.
