The Enterprise Rent-A-Car desk at the Amarillo, TX, airport (AMA), is staffed by friendly, helpful, and highly professional agents who provide outstanding customer service. Clearly, the staff places customer satisfaction front and center and not only at the front desk. The car my wife and I were provided was spotlessly clean and just a pleasure to drive. That doesn't happen without a lot of hard work taking place behind the scenes. I appreciate that kind of dedication and teamwork. We will continue to turn to Enterprise for our future rental car needs. Thank you!

First bad experience with Enterprise. Always rented exclusively with Enterprise - never had a problem. Even had enough points to score some free days...but, just moving from Colorado, they would not let me rent a car with an out of state license without a major credit card...I have a long history of only using a debit card, always get the insurance and never had a problem. Until now, vacation was canceled/ruined...thanks Enterprise!

I just got off the phone with a lady from Enterprise. She has been assisting a special needs gentleman friend of mine for 35 minutes. It was a difficult and complicated ordeal because of his limitations. However,
MCKENZIE BULLS is my hero. She and her colleague went above and beyond in assisting my friend ( and me trying to help from 3000 miles away). Kudos and many thanks to you dear lady!

Up until I got my final bill everything was ok. I was overcharged on my rate. I sent an email showing my rates and never heard back from anyone. I made several phone calls and all I got was arguing about the rates

Drove out of Lawton, OK and the car I received was messing up from the battery and sensors. Was passing by the Airport Enterprise and Isaiah was he working made it a smooth exchange without any hassle. On top of that left my debit card behind and he went to check for me. It was one of those nights. I appreciate it and THANK YOU for the excellent customer service!
