Wow! The Expression Factory Outlet was a great shopping experience. Walking in, things were neat, some things were being folded, everyone was doing tasks. Some associates were working with guests others were handling the day to day operations. I felt personally cared for and appreciated all the help the associates provided as I shopped for a dress. They got me a bigger size and even went as far as steaming out the wrinkles because I was attending the event and had no access to one. Jaramie was incredible, his customer service and friendly attitude are infectious. Thank you again for a wonderful shopping experience, the dress was perfect!

The staff are Very knowledgeable on finding the right size suit and took the time to explain how the suit supposeto fit, attentive workers here. Bought a suit for my boy. Wanted a dress, just could not find one my size (14), that would match my son's suit.

Their clothes are focus on business and business casual categories. Their clothes are generally fairly fashionable. The sale ones are affordable. I would buy my work clothes there from time to time.
