I would like to share my experience at the store. After having an eye exam there, I received glasses that didn't suit me at all. When I returned to the store for a re-examination, the results were completely different from the previous time. I decided to go to another store, where they conducted another exam, and the results were different but this time accurate and correct.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend getting an eye exam at this store. The doctors are not physically present, and the examination is conducted remotely via a television, which likely affects the accuracy and reliability of the results.

Went recently on a Saturday afternoon around 4:30,with broken ,beyond repair glasses in hand.They had me 2 brand new pair of glasses for $110 by 5:45.Great service!Awesome people!Iāve used them for years and will never go anywhere else!

Went in to get glasses fixed and cliff is the person who helped us. He helped fix the glasses on the spot and was very friendly. He made the visit easy and quick. Would definately come back again.

Cliff at the store on coulter in Amarillo Texas went above and beyond to meet my needsā¦.
Brought in my work set as well as my daily set of glasses. The sonic machine was down and he clean paint that was on my work glasses by hand!
In addition, he worked on all 4 pairs I brought inā¦.
I mentioned how much I liked my āworkā glasses frames. He said they were in good shape, but asked if I wanted him to check with other locations to see if he could find that style because they had been discontinued. He found me 2 pairs!!!! So, when Iām ready for lens, Iāll be going back to Cliff without hesitationā¦ā¦..
