Whilst travelling we had problem with what we thought was the water pump in our motorhome. They looked at it the next morning, found the problem, which turned out not to be the pump, fixed that and two other things and quickly had us back on the road. Highly recommend.

While getting our travel trailer ready for a trip around first part of May 2023, we found we had a major problem with our slide-out. I called Family Camping Center of Amarillo, TX. and talked to Allen, the owner. He told me that they would not even be able to look at it for at least two weeks but to go ahead and bring it in. Allen called me the very next day & told me that he got our trailer in the shop so he could diagnose the problem & get the necessary parts coming. He promised me he would do his best to get it ready. Sure enough, I picked it up 12 days later making our long anticipated trip possible. Thank you Allen and the crew of Family Camping for your prompt, friendly & exceptional customer service. Only been there a few times, but they remember me and make me feel like family. They are so helpful and patient. Their service is fast and reasonably priced. A great place to shop for RV parts as well!
