It's a shame that the drivers state that they do not have to ring door bells or knock on doors anymore. Since that is the case I didn't know one of my packages was delivered and it was left out all night and came up missing. Thanks fedex

Two packages to be delivered within 10 days of each other. I found one at a country neighbors. Someone somewhere, don't know where, is enjoying my other package. Guess drivers can't be fired because of their union. What a shame. Oh! The "picture" of the delivery does not work on a phone. I don't have a computer so that feature is non-existant for me. I would give FedEx minus 100 stars if I could. Now I am going to have to verify EVERY purchase I make is NOT delivered by FedEx before ordering.

I clearly have it on my profile...leave at front door, but yet, they go to leasing office, which is rarely open, and never open on weekends and then send me a alert saying BUSINESS NOT OPEN...DEAR CRACK HEAD DRIVERS, I DONT RESIDE AT THE LEASING OFFICE! SMDH. Don't take a delivery job if you are too lazy to deliver. Point, Blank and Period!!! *Whatever they paying you, (my driver) is way too much. Kudos to the driver that actually will bring to my door.
