The staff is very helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The young man was wonderful, absolutely motivated, enthusiastic about his job, very knowledgeable, and kind. The office is comprehensive, with wonderful people willing to help. The staff could not handle a package that needed to go to a FedEx office facility.
Craig did a great job delivering my fresh flowers through Fed Ex Express on the Pampa, TX priority route, he kept the package in the front cab to keep them from getting too warm and he made a second attempt at delivery after his route to ensure timely delivery while the flowers were still fresh. Really don’t offer too much only shipping products. There is no way to “purchase labels” or stamps or anything. So yeah, standard place to “ship things”from FedEx.

Quick, courteous and efficient. I did swing by in the morning. They were as courteous and efficient when I had visited the day before, but at 4:30 they were super busy.
