6/2024. George is the manager at the Western store and strives to give good customer service to everyone. If something is not done correctly, he does what it takes to fix the issue. I am satisfied with the new Destination LE3 tires I purchased there as well as oil change, alignment, and tire rotation. I only give them 4 stars due to the long wait time for services. Also, I am a senior and hard of hearing and need them to talk louder lol.

Arrived at 1240pm for a 100pm appointment. When I checked in i was told the tires I had purchased on line were not available and could not be obtained. I had placed my order on Wednesday, we were at Saturday. The store manager did offer an alternative and did not charge for the difference. Rolled the vehicle in and raised it up, took two rear wheels off and apparently technician went to lunch after breaking one of the tires down, leaving the other leaned against the tire machine. Car remained in the air untouched until nearly 230pm while my wife, dog and I waited. The shop never put the vehicle on the alignment rack and I never saw anyone raise the hood for inspections, but I still know what I have. I have had good experiences at other Firestone outlets but this one had not one single technician who displayed any interest in doing an exemplary job.

The worst customer service and attitude. They act like they are fighting with customers. I was waiting for them guy standing in front of the desk and the guy in front desk was just chitchatting and laughing for 15 mins with his friends. I wouldn’t recommend if a bad attitude ruins your day.

Alex & Tino did a great job today making me feel at home and taking care of my every need . Explained exactly what I needed and what would be the best choice of tires for my vehicle.! You can also get your oil changed here !!! One stop shop!!

I was able to set an appt to avoid a long wait, and they were right on it after I arrived. Within a half hour, my vehicle was realigned. Then they went the extra mile to insure there wasn't a pull on the right (there wasn't). THEN they gave me a discount. I regret I didn't catch the name of the young man who helped me, but it appeared he was a manager there as other employee's came to him for problem solving. Bottom line - I loved the ease of scheduling and that there wasn't an upsale push!

Staff is rude and look like they hate their jobs I took a tire to them for a flat fix tire was already off the car it was just a tire 3hrs later didn't even get touched and manager said it'll be 30 min.....never on time when I take my vehicles for tire balance and rotation it's always an entire day to do it and yes I got 3 full set of tires from them gonna start going to different locations because this one on south western sucks do not recommend at all trash all it is

Great service from the two employees named Alex for ordering our replacement tires… But bad experience on install date. Upon driving away from the store realized money was missing from a small wallet in the passenger floorboard. I immediately called the manager who confirmed no cameras on property. We have idea which employee. Would not recommend this place.

Had came from out of town for our nephew's basketball game and thank god Firestone was open truly was blessed for the guys there and Store manager George the way he took care of our situation and for them to be the only ones open at the time we got a flat we wanna thank you guys for your service honestly from my me and family thank you guys and helping us get back to New Mexico if you guys are nearby have tire, batteries, wheel alignments or even tune-ups problems we recommend you guys to stop by
