Wow, I was really impressed. With these guys and the manager; I wish I had gotten his name. I was traveling home to Florida in my 2006 F150 and oticed a unusual noise coming from my differential. I arrived at thus location at 0800, told the manager my situation and he got me in right away. Troubleshooting revealed a leaking axel seal. The team inspected the differential, replaced both axel seals, refilled the differential after flushing to get any metal shavings out and I was on the road again. Got home safely with only a relatively short delay. THANKS!

$8.00 AC/Delco Rapid-fire plugs @ $19.99! $60.00 Dura-last plug wires @ $105.99, and so on. Convenient, friendly and willing -- but spark plugs for $20? Man, I never would have imagined. Other than that, all good ?

Dishonest place, my son went there to get inspection, they failed the tires, there was plenty of tread to pass and then tried to sell him new tires I went there had the same associate reinspect the tires. She recognized the car then hasted, with a answer, saying it was a judgment call, even though it would passed. I ask then why did it fail for my 20 year old son, but passes for me?
Do not take your business there
My wife took her car there to get a replacement Firestone tire, they replace it fine. But said the engine air filter needs replacement. So I went to do it my self, it was just as good as the new one I was going to replace it with.
I told her stop going to that Firestone
Also if Firestone actually cared at their customers, they would have responded to the last bad survey I gave them and ththis posting from the time I posted it

Joe & Michael were so kind to my sister and I as we were driving through Amarillo and ran out of oil. They were quick with our vehicle and also helped us change the break lights. Really great customer service and service time!

Don’t make an appointment and expect to them to start working on anywhere close to the time you reserved. Made 2 separate appointments for the same thing and was told each time that it would be 1hr - 1hr 1/2 before they would be able to look at it.
