This bank deserves to go out of business. My account had been hacked and over drafted when they claim to offer over draft protection.
Plus, one of their employees stole my car 🚗 keys 🔑 when I left the keys sitting on the counter while I was talking to another one of their employees. I reported it to their branch manager and the branch manager called me, “crazy.” Instead of confronting the employee by telling the employee, “Go get her keys and give them back.” The branch manager did ask the employee, if he took her keys? The employee hesitated to answer the branch manager.
Instead of the branch manager taking hesitation as a sign of guilt, he called me “crazy.” What bank has thieves working for them? Plus, what bank can’t find criminals that they have on camera? 🎥 This was the absolute worst bank to bank with. They have people working for them that commit auto theft and hack people’s bank accounts.

I have been having a bad experience with a teller Destiny. She has a nasty attitude and doesn’t ever look like she is happy to work with customers service. I have been trying to file a complaint on her attitude and it gets no where. Hopefully by posting this, something will be done with her unfriendliness. Very unprofessional.
