Avoid this business. I had two vehicles repaired at this business and both had problems after. I have tried for months to get them to fix parts they broke during the repairs and they will not get back to me or answer calls. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a business and will recommend avoiding them entirely and going elsewhere for hail repairs. They will lie to you and avoid taking responsibility for damages they cause after payment is received. Photos of incorrect, broken and stripped screw's used to install sun visiors and broken clips on upper console.

5 star hail repair!? Some of the worst business practice I’ve ever seen, paid for my service and they kept pushing my appointment out. When I asked for my money back they did not like that, after finalizing my repair they still left a couple of noticeable dents still. Please go somewhere else and NOT here…..

There's a reason this company is called 5 Star. My experience was top notch. They worked seamlessly with my insurance and car rental agency. My car looks brand new. Kudos to Mr. Kokomo and Ruiz and to all who work there.

I’ve been in the insurance industry for almost 8 years and I’ve always heard horror stories about the paint chipping after a few months. So I was always skeptical until now! Allen Koko and Josh assured me that no paint would be needed. These 2 men made my experience with this company more than a 5 star! The customer service was so great I had to come write about it! I’m absolutely delighted to say don’t think twice about taking your vehicle here just do it! Thanks guys y’all are great!!

Everyone mite want to check with your insurance company because these guys will repair parts that your insurance paid them to replace I’m going through this now with them and talked with Texas department of insurance and I’m turning them in for insurance fraud. And yea one star they don’t even deserve that. Rip off

Highly recommend, very professional, made this experience very easy. They handled everything from the deductible to the loaner vehicle. Nothing out of pocket and amazing work. My vehicle looks like it didn’t day I bought it. Couldn’t be happier!!!

My truck looked really bad from the hail damage and Alan Koko reassured me that they could fix it. And he kept his word. My truck looks like new. The paint matches perfect. They did all the paperwork to my insurance company and they got me a rental car as well. Thank you Alan and Josh for taking care of my truck and bringing it back to life.

5 Star Hail Repair is AWESOME... My car came back after some really bad hail damage looking brand new. They replaced my windshield and the hood on my car. They dealt with my Insurance company for me. Always keeping me updated on my vehicle. Thank you so much Alan Koko and Josh Ruiz for all your hard work and great service

Spectacular!! I had several dings on my vehicle from people hitting me with their doors in parking lots. They were ugly and just made me plain mad that they were there. I wasn’t going to file a claim because each one would have had its own deductible. Took it to Five Star Hail repair and in 30 minutes they had all 4 taken care of. With their tools they didn’t even have to take off the door panel. Completely impressed! My vehicle looks beautiful!! I will definitely be recommending them!Service: Auto body & trim repair
