I got hit while I was parked by alady who was insured by them.The lady admitted she was at fault. We have called Fred loya numerous times and no one returns calls. My car is tore up and I want it fixed. I am now being forced to get a lawyer and sue the lady who hit me because her insurance adjustors doesnt want to do what is right. I recommend people getting a real insurance company instead of this rip off one.

This company is very quick to call you when your payment is due. I was with them for three years. My vehicle was totaled, the guilty party was not working with me. So I filed a claim with Fred Loya. I never spoke to the adjuster. Felt they no longer cared if they weren’t getting my money.

The help was there for the trainee that was working with me but they asked for a lott of information that was was never asked before. Took them an hour just to write a policy . I guess that's what payment i really made with the low cost! May add my other vehicle to the policy .
