I think it's ridiculous that there are 2 people working the register helping the same person when there is a line of people trying to check out. Waited 10 mins and finally decided to walk out.

I purchased a pre owned Nintendo switch and the gentleman there (wish I remembered his name) went out of his way to look for one that was in the best condition, went back and forth for us to find which was very considerate. We are thankful and will come again 100%! (:

The automated system gives you options to pres 1 for a Rep, then rings if no one answers, it then tells you all customers service reps are available. Then tells you to call back later and hangs up. This is poor, no TERRIBLE customer service.
