After several people recommended Get Fit to me I finally stopped in. I experienced everything everyone said I would plus amazing customer service. I cannot for the life of me remember the employee who helped me by name but I’ll always remember the face of the person who made me and my feet feel 100x better! I was in pain for years, even seen a specialist a few times but I still suffered unfortunately. I’ve had my shoes for two days and my feet feel so so so good! I cannot thank the wonderful employee and the Get Git store enough! Also how is it that they taught me more about my feet than the specialist?!?! If you need good shoes, have feet trouble, or just want to be treated like a person stop at Get Fit!

Ok selection of clothes and shoes. One color and one size(luckily mine) of the shoe I’ve run in for the past several years. “you can come back and check to see if we have more” when they didn’t have the shirt in my size. Not exactly great customer service IMO. Wish I would have known about the rewards program before I dropped $400 and the only help I was offered was “well maybe it will show up on your account in a day or 2”. If it does i’ll update my review but it didn’t sound promising. Know your rewards and offer it up BEFORE the customer asks. Frustrating shopping experience.
