Would give zero stars if possible. Went in yesterday looking for something specific, found exactly what we were looking for on a sale rack with many of the same item on said sale rack. When we went to check out the girl at the counter was very rude, wouldn't look at us in the eye, said the item we wanted to purchase wasn't on sale. I asked her to come over to said sale rack and showed her about 5 more of the same item on the sale rack. She gathered all and said someone must have put all of them on the rack by mistake and proceeded to take all items and hold them behind the counter. She didn't even ask if we still wanted to purchase the item. She just walked away.

I purchased the Gussied Up Cowboy Jeans in large and I loved them so much, that I bought them in a medium. The large is a little loose but they still look great, so I ordered them in a medium and they are perfect. I am very excited about these jeans. I usually wear a 10/12 or 29/30 in jeans, mid rise. I am 5'5 and the length is perfect with boots that have a heel. Also, I was concerned because they are high rise, but that's not a problem. Buy them, you won't be disappointed.

I really don't know how to rate this store since the sales people were so rude and they uninviting not sure what that was about. I have a friend that suggested I go by the store so while I'm originally from Amarillo I live in Denver now. I brag about how kind and friendly Texans are but I totally take it back after this experience... work on serving all races the same and you will have more succes...

Horrible quality items. Ridiculous return policy and inattentive staff. Last Thursday around lunch time I shopped in the store and was the only customer. The staff at the counter was on her phone. About 20 minutes later another girl showed up and finally asked me if I needed help with anything. While I was there both girls began stocking things, which is fine, but immediately greet what seemed to be their friends. when I was ready to check out I stood by the register for about 5 minutes before I had to go ask the girls to check me out. I purchased a $12 pair of earrings and a $70 concho belt. I was unhappy with the service but worse than that…as soon as I put the belt on and wore it for a minute it broke into several pieces. I was already aware of the return policy being no refunds, so I am not searching for that. However, I do think the quality of the items are horrible and they know it. Hints their return policy. There are many other western boutiques with better service, merchandise, and integrity than this store. I’m really not sure how they have lasted this long. They were SO much better 10 years ago. It’s really gone downhill.
