“If you have not visited Music Box, add it to your bucket list. Heck! Just add it to all of your lists. This is the Original. It just has a non-commercial, down home feel. The flower room could have been a painting by Monet'. It is an aromatic extravaganza, endlessly satisfying the senses. Customer service... excellent! Product knowledge... impressive! Just a lot of cool stuff. I dig it!”

I just realized they have a great Facebook page, along with a webpage and Instagram @accentshomedecorandgifts They carry Tyler Candle co, home decor, bedding and kitchen pieces, furniture pieces, along with custom made floral arrangements. They also have a Discount Corner where you can find great deals! It's a nice store to step into and spend some time!”
“They did such an amazing job on the cups for my wedding so for my sister’s wedding I of course had them at the top of my list. However, the customer service this time fell short and I was extremely disappointed. I am currently stationed in Japan where I am fourteen hours ahead of them so meeting in person was simply not an option (and I explained that as well). I attempted to reach them via their social medias, calling and leaving a message, leaving an email address, and messaging their “text only” number listed on their website. After multiple attempts of trying to reach them, they finally responded saying they’d love to help, but after I explained that I could only coordinate over the phone they never got back to me. They do great work and like I said did amazing with my wedding, but I suppose they only help people if you can physically be there in person. I was excited to gift these to my little sister and support a local Amarillo business.*UPDATED EDIT*After my review the owner, Amy-Beth Morrison, reached out and personally apologized. Definitely the customer service I knew them to have in my past experiences. Somehow I was lost in the mix, which things happen and I understand. She said they would be reviewing the systems they have in place in regards to online/over the phone orders. Like I said in my original post, they do amazing work and I’m pleased that they do in fact prioritize their customers and want to make things right for future experiences.”
