This is an amazing company, but they should hire people who know how to cut hair!

Left me with hair on my clothes that wasn't even mine. Dirty seats, smelled bad, and cut was subpar at best.

I asked for a short bob (short at the nape) with angled long sides (I even showed her a picture) & the older lady cut my hair short to my shoulders all the way around. Not to mention she poked me with scissors & kept yanking my hair.
