Hertz does not follow on their vehicles . Got one with 2 flat tires in 0ne week. In desolate areas. They wanted me to wait in a high crime area till they came. My answer was no thanks I might get robbed. The same tire with chalk marks was aired up 4 times before getting back. It is still on car in lot. Had to rent another car pull off lot flat tire. Don't use Hertz in Alexandria, Louisiana also they are like budget rent a car price are $$$ unless you go through 3rd party.

Absolutely LOVEDDD this place and the employees. I had such a stressful situation and they were so kind and helpful. I would recommend anyone to them! If I ever have to rent a car again it will definitely be by them only. Wish I could give more stars!!!!

Definitely was different and difficult to comfortably walk to rental vehicle because of how busy the parking lot/roadways is.

Me and my boyfriend showed up right before close and they were incredibly helpful. Our rental car fell through last minute with a competitor and they were able to make it work for us. Super friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!

I rented a car from Houston for my daughter to pick up in Amarillo. We rented through Expedia and purchased insurance through them. When my daughter went to pick up the car at the wolflin location they told her they don’t accept third party insurance and she had to get insurance through them or she couldn’t take the car. So being told she couldn’t take the car which had already been paid for, obviously she paid for the insurance a second time. Btw, this is how we’ve always done it including as recently as 4 months ago and it has never been a problem. When we called Hertz we were told they wouldn’t do anything about it because she signed something she shouldn’t have signed. We will never use Hertz again, and I’ll see you in court!

Why would they allow u to select to return a car to the Amarillo airport when there is not even a hertz at the airport. I almost missed my flight & will not order from hertz again unless no one else in America has any cars to rent.

If you travel enough to have any staus with Hertz gold, and you love the perks that come with your loyalty...this location will completely infuriate you. Imagine going back to square one. If you come here, you won't need to imagine.Rent from Bubba's rent a wreck; you'll at least feel like you are getting the service you'd expect with that name.Otherwise expect very little from this location besides confusion, lies from one of several managers, and lots and lots of waiting. For Amarillo, do yourself a favor and rent from ANYONE else.

Horrid staff. Rude and disrespectful. Told me that their location didn't participate in app pickup and refused to believe that I prepaid for my car even after showing them the hold on my credit card app. I left and went to enterprise.

I typically am a National person but Hertz it my typical second choice, no longer. I reserved a small SUV in Midland, when I arrived they didn’t have any vehicles available so I had to wait 15-20 mins before they brought some up, then I was given a choice of a compact car or a truck, I opted for a truck since I had lots of driving to do. When I got to the truck it was only kinda cleaned, then when I get in the truck the seat so pankcaked down I needed a pillow to be able to see over the steering wheel. Then I had to switch drop off locations to Amarillo, when I called to do this, the lady wasn’t able to help me and the number she gave me didn’t reach anyone. I had to discover there was no on airport location, when I found the local location and called (Amarillo) they were able to switch me. When I got my bill, my rate had doubled. When I called customer service, they in no way acknowledged any of the issues along the way, the inconvenience of having to Uber to the airport or the fact that the rate was absurdly higher at almost double. They just kept saying sorry.

Wolflin Village HertzI booked through Priceline for 5 full days and ended up having to return the car early. I was only charged $135.95 for 2 full days and not charged for the last minute change or unused days. Thank you Hertz for working with me on unforseen circumstances.FYI:$200 hold for credit card, $500 for debit/bank cards. I called 2 times and received a different amount each time.Thank you Hertz! Will book again.

Avoid Hertz in Amarillo, Texas!! They do not have any service at the airport!! You will need to pay for UBER to pick up & return your car! This is about $80 dollars in addition to the Hertz rate.Budget, Avis, & Enterprise are available. Not the Gold Hertz service I love at most airports. No compensation was offered for the UBER rides needed. The car was great that they had for me but no choices.We will see if my Hertz survey helps correct their service image. A week later, there has been no response from Hertz from my survey. I asked for representatives to call me as they offered within 72 hours.
