Three stars for the guy who ended up helping me, who was very quick to help and did a great job. The two deducted was for the guy pictured below, to the left in the picture, who is too busy talking with his coworker friends leaving me waiting for over 10 minutes after telling me he would help me with the cuts in the second. People like that should not be employed. If you don't want to help customers, but instead just socialize. While you know a customer is waiting for you that you told you would help, you should find a job somewhere else that isn't customer service.

Rudest employee I have ever meet. Tried to get information about my warranty and the ladie at the counter told me to go online and walked off. Then another employee came up to me and said what can I do for you and she saint already helped them and told them to leave. I will never be back.

They don't seem to have a working phone system, or they don't have anyone who knows what the ringing is for. I have called several times, listened to the automated answering system, but when transferred to a customer service person, it just rings and rings and rings,
or i listen to the adds ...until I finally get tired of waiting.

I made a visit to Home Depot because they are nicer than Lowe’s! I was unsure how I was going to help someone when everything is tight. I said a little prayer and
I went to customer service. It was Lane at at the desk and I explained what the situation was. Without a blink he said he would help me.
Lane what you did helped for me, actually helped a 87 y/o senior citizen who served in the US Air Force and is now disabled.
I can’t wait to get back to Tucumcari to share the great news!

Its Home Depot, consistently the toy store for adults, prices are fine, its the Best choice.

Rudest employees I have ever met. Tried to buy a 1/2 drill, and pruning saw, and 3/8 drill. They had one 3/8 drill left in the store and the employee walked by my shopping cart and took it out and gave it to someone else. This was a present for a family member and the last drill in the store. My last time coming to this store.

Not the best experience. It seemed like I burdened the associate I spoke with in plumbing. They should have a help needed button. That way, they won't watch you walk around trying to avoid you.

This is. A mans paradise almost if they only had. Auto parts an lumber. An. A bar i think we would all just kick back an shoot the moon many times i remember when wally world had the same type of return policy not satisfied bring it back wally got greedy an now make customers work for him by checkin your food an so on home depot is. Proud of thier stuff. I would be too they are not rude an never unsatisfied give them an aplause people or go see for your self even the women are getting in on it. U see more women in there 3quals till we die right in jus a few words thier great an stay open till 10 great job homie depote
