David Holmes was our realtor in 2021, his knowledge and expertise was really amazing for a first time home buyer. Not only that he would remember conversations that we previously had and follow up with me is a personable touch. It was kind of sad after the home buying process was over because he was such a great guy. Any one that is reading his reviews I highly recommend David and still carry around his business card today just in case I over hear someone needing a realtor
