Its not uncommon for storage places to get broken into from time to time but this... this is like a normal thing here and the thief's know it. You are better off going with one of the national owned storage companies. At least at those places you will have some insurance protection if it happens.

Our storage got broken into a week after being there and then the owner proceeds to say there's nothing he can do when he has one camera. Then we go to check on our stuff and our roof had caved in, in two different spots. We tell him it caved in and he didnt care at all then proceeds to ask "are you sure lightning didnt hit it?" Never going back again terrible place for keeping your valuables

Not satisfied with them. Had my storage broke into twice. Had a amarillo officer tell me that " this place gets hit alot...."
