I went there like a month ago, and they stylist really messed up my hair and the color was super patchy and it was an awful experience. I went back the next day and the manager fixed my hair and it looked GREAT. I loved it and I’ve been super happy with it. I have a split dye of black and purple. Today I scheduled an appointment with them because I got a new job and I need to have a more natural hair color. I explained over time I’d like to make my way back to a dirty blonde which is my natural color. (I understand this is not a realistic thing in one day from black) but the salon called me and told me it was gonna be this 6 hour process and the stylist on the phone just sounded like they didn’t wanna touch my hair. She sounded like it was really a inconvenience… she said they didn’t know what my hair looked like and what all they’d have to do, so I explained I was just there earlier this month and the manager actually did my hair. But they just made me feel uncomfortable over the phone :/ she never outright said they wouldn’t do my hair but I sure felt that way… I told her I didn’t realize it would take so long and I felt like they didn’t really want to do it and I’ll just figure something else out to do for my new job in a few weeks…

Terrible customer service. Cashier was rude. I think they don’t have a clue what customer service is. I will never shop at this store again. I will not be shopping at this store again.

Some people should not cut hair! Poor poor job! Scratches and cuts on my boys necks and got nothing near the style we asked/paid for!

Two stars is generous! My family has gone here for a while for hair dyes and such so i had high hopes, i walked in wanting soft blended highlights with some added color. Instead i ended up looking like i walked out of 2001!! Ill probably get a color correction some where else or cover it up at home :(
