We were looking for a specific kind of tea and found so many other things that we didn't buy tea at all. 😉 The clerk was so helpful in his knowledge of what was grabbing our interests such as the many different spices, dip mixes and honeys. We will be sure to go back as their assortment will make for great gifts too! What a wonderful surprise on this suuny, windy day in Amarillo. 😎”

“We had a fantastic experience with Casey Carpet One in Amarillo and I can honestly say Cade made the entire process so much easier during a really difficult time for our family. We were preparing a relative’s home for sale after a death in the family, so there was a lot going on emotionally and logistically. From the very first interaction, Cade was knowledgeable, helpful, responsive and just genuinely pleasant to work with.

The communication was top-notch. If I missed his call, he would immediately follow up with a detailed text. He answered my calls almost every time and was always quick to respond when I had questions. That level of communication and follow-through is rare these days.

He was also incredibly helpful navigating the insurance side of the project, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Beyond that, he really understood the design direction we were going for with the home. We wanted finishes that felt elevated and timeless but still made sense for resale and budget. For example, I mentioned loving the look of marble for the fireplace surround, but knowing it probably wasn’t realistic cost-wise. Cade recommended a beautiful marble-look tile that gave us the exact aesthetic we wanted at a much more reasonable price. I really appreciated that he respected the budget while still helping us create something beautiful.

Most importantly, the installation team did an excellent job. The floors and tile turned out great and the crew left the house impressively clean. Even after the project wrapped, when another contractor pointed out nail holes in the baseboards from removal/reinstallation, Cade immediately sent someone out to patch everything up for us — even though that was probably something the paint crew should have handled.

Overall, truly an A+ experience across the board. Great people, great communication and great work. Highly recommend!”
