I don't usually go to this store because it is not close to me. However, whenever I am near I do. I have encountered the nicest and very helpful employees. I am an older person and get treated as if I was young and pretty and had Daddys credit card. So many places look at older people and rush to the younger one but its us older people who keep business from going under. I will spread the word when i am treated right and also when I am not.. Thank you Kohls, I enjoyed my shopping

Kohl's is the Best Store to Shop in Amarillo. The Customer Service is Amazing and most Friendly in town. I always get the Best Service each time I shop at Kohl's. Thank you Kohl's for being the Best. The Newly remodeled Kohl's is awesome.

I actually found a lot of things I needed, and the staff was very professional and helpful. Sometimes I go shopping and try on tons of items and find maybe 1 that works for me.

The worst shopping experience of my life! I was harassed by loss prevention at least 3 times and when I asked if they had more jewelry I was told no then I looked in the store and found more and now I'm starting to think they didn't want me to see it cuz they thought I would steal it. I mean why else would you tell a customer that you don't have something when you do???? It's a damn shame

Wife and daughter went to KHOL’s to shop for a dress to wear at her very first school dance earlier today. Admittedly teenager girls are difficult to shop for and can be a bit indecisive at times. However, being loyal paying customers for well over a decade, we’ve never been treated like we were treated today. The staff followed us around the department store as if we were criminals waiting for the opportunity to rob them blind. When the manager made his appearance I thought surely he’ll put a stop to this. He actually joined in on the harassment and made jokes with the staff. When we decided we’d had enough we just settled on a dress regrettably and proceeded to check out. The manger followed and had a few shrewd and tacky words that I’m sure violate company policy if not humanities. We are still in total disbelief of how horribly this special shopping experience truly turned out. We will never return to KHOL’s and plan to notify their corporate offices of how people are being treated by their staff members as well as their management.

I love kohls. They have everything that I want or need so I don't have to go anywhere else. And the customer service is amazing and Wendy (the manager) is the greatest. It's just my store! I'm probably there three times a week. And the girls just laugh and they know me by name so of course it makes you feel good!!!!
