I am relatively new to Amarillo and the doctor sent me to Labcorp for some specialty blood tests. I have NEVER had a blood draw HURT SO BAD as that one did! The lady that drew my blood was nowhere near being trained to draw blood much less a Phlebotomist! Phlebotomists can stick you, draw the blood, and take the needle out without you even feeling it. I will not be going back to Labcorp. I will be sharing my experience with the doctor and ask for a referral to a different lab in the future.

The ladies in there didn't realize I spoke Spanish. They talked so my trash about me and my daughter and how they hated us white people! I have never felt so disrespected!!! NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!!

I have to get my blood drawn on a regular basis due to a autoimmune disease. I have to manually keep my electrolytes in check so about every six weeks. This used to be my favorite lab Corp. However, the last couple of times I have been there the customer service was less than stellar. My last visit the two employees left myself and another individual in the lobby waiting while she very loudly complained about her boss and “working late†for ten minutes. She then forgot to draw two of my blood samples. My doctor called and said I need to have my blood drawn again because she didn't do it correctly. I have to be off my meds 24 hours to have my blood drawn so it's quite a hassle. The time before that the blood draw was mixed up with someone else's sample causing my test results to be extremely skewed. Scary and alarming off. I was immediately sent back for a re-test at quest and this time my labs were normal. I'm done with this location. Never again!!!
